ChaVonne Sampson is the founder of CJ Sampson Group and a leadership development and facilitation specialist focused on strengthening leadership execution within complex organizations.

With over 20 years of experience in local government, including service at the Director level, ChaVonne has led multi-functional teams, managed diverse service areas, and delivered initiatives within highly structured, high-accountability environments. Her background in public sector operations provides a deep understanding of the demands placed on leaders responsible for performance, communication, and organizational alignment.

ChaVonne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, grounding her work in both the technical and administrative dimensions of public service leadership.

Her approach integrates leadership development with operational application—supporting leaders not only in how they think and communicate, but in how they translate direction into consistent team performance. She works primarily with second-in-command leaders and management teams to strengthen clarity, accountability, and execution across departments.

Through CJ Sampson Group and the Leadership Tapestry™ model, ChaVonne delivers facilitated sessions, training engagements, and targeted leadership support designed to align people, performance, and presence—resulting in more consistent outcomes, improved team ownership, and reduced dependency on escalation.

She is also a Master NLP Coach and Trainer, applying structured communication frameworks to enhance leadership effectiveness in real-time organizational settings.
